Interactive browsers for CASP2 protein structure prediction evaluation data

All CASP2 predictions were evaluated at different levels of structural information using the updated (CASP3) version of the ACE program. Depending on what type of predicted structural information you are interested in you can interactively browse through the results of:

 
(Results from SS datasets and data derived from 3D datasets)

 
(Results from 3D datasets, plots (RESULTS column))

Additionally, predictions for "comparative modeling" targets were evaluated in more detailed manner:

It may be useful to take a look at the evaluation details and the description of general measures for secondary and 3D structure predictions or measures for the comparative modeling. As it is not easy to remember the numerous measures and their notations their description is also available from within the browsers.
