The NNSSP-program was used sending email with the subject "nnssp" to
the following address service@bchs.uh.edu. A multiple sequence alignment
in the requested format was send, retrieved from the msf-alignment
produced by a run of PredictProtein with a single sequence. This alignment
was used as input for all other servers accepting multiple sequence
alignments to make sure the results obtained are comparable.
