Comparison of Dali and ProSup performance in identifying closest
structural templates for CASP3 targets
The plot shows the difference in identifying and superimposing PDB templates
with CASP3 targets. All target-parent pairs identified by Dali were filtered
to consider only those superimposing with less than 3.5 Å RMSD. Brakes in the
line displaying RMSD difference indicate that either one of the methods failed
to find any related PDB structure or that data was not generated for this target.
