Differences between results that have been updated
and those presented at the CASP4 Asilomar meeting

Structure superpositions are generated with 5.0 rather than 4.0 Angstroms distance cutoff for reasons of consistency with M. Sippl's data.
CASP3 definition of the alignment correctness rather than the alignment generated by the superposition program is used for evaluation for reasons of consistency with the CASP3 evaluation criteria.
M. Sippl's definitions are used for domains T0089_2 and T0121_1.
