PFRMAT TS TARGET T0359 AUTHOR ROBETTA METHOD ROSETTA provides both ab initio and METHOD comparative models of protein domains. It METHOD uses the ROSETTA fragment insertion method METHOD [Simons et al. (1997) J Mol Biol 268:209-225]. METHOD Comparative models are built from structures METHOD detected by PSI-BLAST or 3DJury-A1 METHOD and aligned by the K*Sync alignment method. METHOD Loop regions are assembled from fragments and METHOD optimized to fit the aligned template structure. METHOD De novo models are built using the Rosetta de METHOD novo protocol.
