Although this was an analogous fold recognition target (quite hard to model), very accurate models were received, including one that had been refined to a RMS=1.59 and GDT_TS=82 (Baker, Model 1). This was the result of refinement, which was not formally part of CASP6. The proposed starting structure is the pre-refinement model, with side chain clashes (not submitted to CASP; provided at our request by the Baker group [RMS=2.19; GDT_TS=75]).
