REMARK Secondary structure was predicted using ALB
REMARK Prediction is done by the program "ALB" (Finkelstein, 1983).
REMARK The program is deposited at PDB and EMBL.
REMARK Guidelines of the program is described in:
REMARK O.B.Ptitsyn, A.V.Finkelstein (1983) Biopolymers 22:15-25.
REMARK The program is used in a mode "UNFOLDED CHAIN" which calculates secondary
REMARK structure of the chain in a solution. Then the prediction was adjusted using
REMARK knowledge of the secondary structure of 1cos

REMARK	Sections 2.2 was completed after successful creation of CPK model of 12-13
REMARK	residues long pieces of helices corresponding to the central part of the sequence
REMARK	Use predict 4 parallel helices bundle with LEU and VAL ridges inside, as can be seen
REMARK from the data below.
REMARK We used strong but not algorithmized homology between hydrophobic cores of 1gcl and target
REMARK despite the fact, that overall homology with 1cos is much better. So we'll see.
REMARK	The Section 2.2 is designed according to recent recommendations of Tim and Krzysztof,
REMARK	who suggested solution for quaternary structure format of representation.
