REMARK groups of PDB atoms e.g. OG corresponds to centre of CG, OD1, OD2

REMARK Atoms corresponding directly to PDB atoms are labelled 1.0 in
REMARK occupancy field, 0.0 for those not corresponding directly to PDB atoms
REMARK Expected CA RMS from correct fold is 4-6 angstroms
REMARK (i.e. simulations of known structures fluctuate at this level from
REMARK       the X-ray structure)
REMARK I have observed mis-folds with similar CA RMS values - RMS does not
REMARK discriminate between folds at this level - need to use your eyes!!
