REMARK by our sequence comparison method and incorporate:  number of
REMARK identical residues, sum of matrix diagonal and compactness weighting
REMARK factor.  We did not have time to automate the generation of this
REMARK sumbission format in our software, thus the full database of
REMARK structures with 0.0 scores is not shown.  Since PDB codes represent
REMARK particular folds, those corresponding to folds different from those
REMARK in the list should be considered to receive a 0.0 (no recognition)
REMARK score.
