METHOD This prediction is based upon structural recognition. 
METHOD The structural threading is based upon counting hydrophobic
METHOD contacts, and upon a modified Miyazawa-Jernigan matrix scoring
METHOD scheme.  The predicted structure is based on the cystathionine
METHOD beta-lyase PDB structure 1cl2 (chain A).  Secondary structure
METHOD differs markedly from that predicted by PHD; however, we
METHOD are encouraged by the similarity in function (both the target
METHOD and 1cl2 are lyases).
