METHOD   T0091 specific information:  T0091 belongs to a family of proteins
METHOD   of unknown function conserved in prokaryota. There are two long
METHOD   helices in the predicted secondary structure, one at each end of the 
METHOD   target sequence. These helices may form intra- and/or intermolecular
METHOD   coiled coil. There are at least two predicted beta-strands in the most 
METHOD   conserved middle part of the sequence. No SCOP superfamily was found 
METHOD   be compatible with the pattern of conserved residues and predicted 
METHOD   secondary structure. The protein fold of the conserved middle part 
METHOD   (res. 31-84) was deduced using empirical rules. Known structures in 
METHOD   SCOP were searched for a similar topological motif. The fragment 42-90 
METHOD   of 1kuh was found to be a reasonable approximation of the predicted
METHOD   fold and was used as template. The 3D coordinates were generated by
METHOD   MODELLER.
