METHOD Scop150 Superfamily is 3.2.1 by concensus parsing of cafasp data (independent of
METHOD the Fischer group's parsing).  Take all alignments from this parsing and build
METHOD models using SegMod and Encad (Levitt 1992).  Hand adjust the alignment of the 
METHOD most compact model to avoid INDELS in helices.  Rank the the models using a combination of
METHOD Ram Samudrala's rapdf probility score (Samudrala and Moult 1998), Samudrala's
METHOD HCF hydrophobic compactness score and Rasmol hydrogen bond count.   This is model before 
METHOD hand-adjustment.
