REMARK This is a long shot but why not?
METHOD Scop150 Superfamily is 4.89.1 by best of a bad bunch in cafasp.
METHOD Take all the alignments from a subset of the cafasp data and build
METHOD models using SegMod and Encad (Levitt 1992).  Rank the models 
METHOD using a combination of Ram Samudrala's rapdf probability score 
METHOD (Samudrala and Moult 1998), Samudrala's HCF hydrophobic compactness 
METHOD score and the Percent Identify in the alignment. This, my only model
METHOD was third best in overall ranking.  It was selected as the coverage was 
METHOD highest at 167 residues.  It also had one SS bond.  As there are 6 Cys, 
METHOD I should have refined the alignment to make SS bonds.  Well next time...
