METHOD  Two domains exist. The model of N-terminal region was built as follows.
METHOD  Program FUGUE assigned a significant ZSCORE to the SCOP superfamily called
METHOD  ' "Winged helix" DNA-binding domain '. This fold assingment was also 
METHOD  recognized by the other fold recognition programs on CAFASP2 server.
METHOD
METHOD  Sequence homologues were collected by PSI-BLAST  (h=0.001; j=5) on the 
METHOD  latest version of NCBI's nr database, and aligned with structural templates 
METHOD  by ClustalW. The alignment was then optimised by using the information 
METHOD  of 2 secondary structure prediction programs on CAFASP2 server.
METHOD  
METHOD  MODELLER4 was used to build the models at various stages. Program CODA 
METHOD  was also used for the two loop regions.
METHOD  Several random models were generated for various conditions were evaluated 
METHOD  with JOY, PROSAII, Verify3D, and Procheck.
