METHOD  FUGUE assigned a significant Z-score to the alignment between the target

METHOD  FUGUE has been used to produce initial sequence-structure alignment,
METHOD  which was slightly tuned manually afterwards. The sequence similarity is high.

METHOD  MODELLER4 was used to build the initial model. PROCHECK and JOY were used
METHOD  to validate the model and the alignment was adjusted accordingly. The new
METHOD  alignment was then supplied to MODELLER4 again. This procedure continued
METHOD  until a satisfactory alignment and model were obtained.
