METHOD  This prediction is based upon structural recognition, based upon
METHOD  counting the number of hydrophobic contacts and on scoring the 
METHOD  energy with a modified Miyazawa-Jernigan matrix.  We have aligned
METHOD  the sequence to residues 71-140 of the pdb file 1cuk (RUVA protein
METHOD  from E. Coli).  While this does not produce a cyclic structure for
METHOD  this target, the published secondary structure is in reasonable
METHOD  agreement with the recognition results.

METHOD   All atom models were generated using the MaxSprout Server (L. Holm,
METHOD   C. Sander (1991) J. Mol. Biol. 218:183-194), using the CA positions
METHOD   from the coarse grained model.
