METHOD Conformation submitted is 0K anneal from random point in 100K trajectory.
METHOD Method development has so far excluded small proteins with
METHOD disulphide bridges, ions or metal ligands because of foldability
METHOD problems of such proteins.
METHOD Models submitted are a poly-ALA, GLY, PRO and CYS full atom model fit
METHOD using RMS forcing ("template forcing") to simplified model CA and CB
METHOD atoms.
METHOD CA RMS of submitted model to actual fold is around 0.5 angstrom.
METHOD Expected CA RMS from correct fold is 4-6 angstroms
METHOD (i.e. simulations of known structures fluctuate at this level from
METHOD       the X-ray structure)

METHOD NOTE - This is a prediction of t0102 in water - it is unclear what the
METHOD solvent conditions of the NMR were - if its ethanol or chloroform
