METHOD  our programs Biopool2000 (sidechains and ab initio loop
METHOD  modelling) and MOLEGO (backbone). 
METHOD  The template protein (1wit) was ranked at first place with
METHOD  our fold recognition program MANIFOLD, which ranks template
METHOD  proteins  based on secondary structure similarity, but also takes 
METHOD  solvent accessibility, function and length into account.  
METHOD  This involves the processing of data aquired from the programs
METHOD  JPRED, PHDAcc and ClustalW.
