METHOD  This structure of casp4 target t0108  was generated with
METHOD  our programs Biopool2000 (sidechains and ab initio loop
METHOD  modelling) and MOLEGO (backbone). 
METHOD  The template structure (1cfb) was chosen using 
METHOD  our fold recognition program MANIFOLD, which ranked it at first
METHOD  place.
METHOD  MANIFOLD ranks template proteins  based on secondary structure 
METHOD  similarity, but also takes solvent accessibility, function and 
METHOD  length into account.  
METHOD  This involves the processing of data aquired from the programs
METHOD  JPRED, PHDAcc and ClustalW.
