METHOD   The models we are submitting are ab initio predictions,
METHOD   made by annealing the prediction using our coarse grained
METHOD   molecular dynamics model (two beads, one for the backbone and
METHOD   one for the side chain).  The generated structures are
METHOD   all-alpha secondary structures.  Each of the different models
METHOD   were generated with this approach, using different
METHOD   annealing schedules.
