METHOD CHOOSING TEMPLATE
METHOD	
METHOD	Two templates were chosen based on the two binding domains of

METHOD	property and beta sheet topology.  The homoserine binding domain	
METHOD	was built on 1ebf, homoserine dehydrogenase, which is the precursor

METHOD  The homology models were built using Modeller4 (Sali et al).  The
METHOD  loops and side-chains were further refined using the loop prediction
METHOD  algorithm LPRD (Xiang & Honig).  Evaluation of all the constructed
METHOD  models were carried out using TROLL (Petrey & Honig) and Verify3D
METHOD  (Eisenberg et al).
