METHOD A long helical coiled-coil protein was found at rank 1 with 
METHOD high (>95%) confidence. Running multi-coil(Ethan Wolf, Peter
METHOD S. Kim, and Bonnie Berger) indicated that the coiled-coil 
METHOD region began at approximately residue 1067 in the target. 
METHOD The coiled-coil prediction for the N-terminal half of the
METHOD target was very weak, and indicated that only the C-terminal
METHOD 87 residues of the target adopted a coiled-coil structure.
METHOD 
METHOD The postulated length of the target's coiled-coil region
METHOD together with its enzymatic activity suggested that our rank 3
METHOD hit from 3D-PSSM (1dg3; 90% confidence) may be a more appropriate 
METHOD template. However, the N-terminal helical secondary structure 
METHOD prediction for the target did not coincide well with the known secondary
METHOD structures at the N-terminus of 1dg3. 
METHOD Thus, we report the N-terminal half of the target to be a new 
METHOD fold, whilst we have modelled the C-terminal 87 residues of the 
METHOD target on the penultimate long helix in 1dg3.

METHOD To ensure the periodicity of the coiled-coil of the target
METHOD matched the template, we again used multi-coil to align the
METHOD ABCDEFG periodic pattern observed in both sequences.
