AUTHOR 9792-5884-8891
METHOD 3 and 9 residue fragments consistent with the query sequence's 
METHOD sequence profile and secondary structure prediction (via SAM,
METHOD PHD, and PSI-PRED) were assembled using monte carlo and a 
METHOD bayesian scoring function with both sequence dependant and independant
METHOD terms. The results from several thousand independant runs were
METHOD filtered and clustered and models selected from cluster centers. 
METHOD models passing several of the filters prior to clustering have side
METHOD chain atoms built on by simulated annealing (dunbrack phi-psi dependant
METHOD rotamer library) and are then rescored. this score is then used as a 
METHOD last filter prior to clustering.
