METHOD The alignment to 2lyn was found and created with PSI-BLAST.           
METHOD 2lyn and the alignment were used to build the homology model, using an
METHOD automated procedure and the global optimization technique in ICM.      
METHOD Using the given alignment, the amino acid sequence of T0125 was        
METHOD tethered to the parent structure. Conformations of conserved residues  
METHOD were kept identical to those in the parent. Monte carlo (MC)           
METHOD search was used to find the lowest energy conformation of              
METHOD nonidentical residues.                                                 
METHOD Conformation of insertions and deletions were predicted using the      
METHOD MC method. The structure was minimized to remove clashes and steric    
METHOD strain to obtain the final structure.
