REMARK Modeller SBFold
METHOD The parent template alignments were imported into Insight/Homology. 
METHOD The three template pdb files were extracted from SBs pdb database,
METHOD and stripped of everything but the protein atoms. The pdb files were 
METHOD loaded into Insight and the sequences extracted. The sequences were 
METHOD then adjusted (gaps were inserted etc) to match that of the template 
METHOD sequence in the provided alignment, and the template sequence from 
METHOD the provided alignment was then deleted, leaving essentially what we 
METHOD started with except that the template sequence was now associated
METHOD with the pdb structure.
METHOD This was submitted to Modeler directly from Insight. Five models were
METHOD generated, and I then picked the models with the highest pdf score
METHOD (lowest -ln[pdf]) and went with these (normally this would be one
METHOD possible starting point for getting a working model together).
METHOD Note that all or large parts of these models are quite unreliable. 
METHOD These are just tests of what can be had with "auto" use of modeler.
