METHOD SwarmLoop
METHOD Templates are indentified and alignements created using HHblits,
METHOD using the pdb70 database (Soding,2005).
METHOD Sidechains are replaced according to the alignments using SCWRL4

METHOD Coiled regions' torsion angles are adjusted using Particle Swarm Optimisation,
