SEQALN  ALIGN from the FASTA package (Pearson, W.R. "Rapid and sensitive

SIDEBD	PDB cartesian coordinates for identical (non-mutated) residues in the 
SIDEBD  sequence alignment were taken directly from the pdb template, 1REC.

SIDEBD  SCWRL  a fast combinatorial search scheme to minimize steric 
SIDEBD  exclusions was used for all mutated residues, and those in any 
SIDEBD  parts of the backbone which had to be moved because of insertions
SIDEBD  and deletions, and incompatibilities with the rest of the structure.
SIDEBD  The rotamer set for the search was from the backbone-dependent
