LOOPBD Only a very small region of T0017 was assigned as a 'loop' region

LOOPBD corresponding alignment residues in the 1hna parent structure 
LOOPBD includes a proline, which is absent in the 2gst parent. 
LOOPBD Therefore, only 2gst was used as a reference for the model generation 
LOOPBD for T0017 in this loop region.

REMARK A set of 20 MODELLER-3 models were produced for both refined and
REMARK unrefined sets of models, and the model with lowest 
REMARK 'MODELLER energy' (for both refined and unrefined sets) was selected.

REFINE For the generation of a set of models with more rigorous optimisation,
REFINE the following lines were included in the command file:
REFINE SET LIBRARY_SCHEDULE = 1
REFINE SET MD_LEVEL = 'refine1'
REFINE As the refinement took place within MODELLER-3, generating a single set of
REFINE models, we do not present the coordinates of an "unrefined" model.  This is
REFINE because we regard the "unrefined" model as irrelevant in this case.

REMARK For the parent structures, different stereochemistry occurred
REMARK at Pro-38 in their crystal structures. In 2gst, Pro-38 was in the 
REMARK 'cis' form. In 1hna, Pro-38 was in the 'trans' form.
REMARK The submitted model for T0017 has a trans-proline at Pro-38 chain A,
REMARK and a cis-proline at Pro-38 chain B.
REMARK Overall, 20 models were generated for T0017, and 16 of these were
