MISCEL Searched for similar sequences to query sequence using BLAST algorithm
MISCEL [Altschul, Stephen F., Warren Gish, Webb Miller, Eugene W. Myers,
MISCEL and David J. Lipman.  Basic local alignment search tool.

MISCEL From the BLAST output, 1REC was selected as the main parent structure.
MISCEL However, 1TOP and 1OSA were also used as parents to model EF-hands
MISCEL in T0007, and were therefore included in the alignment.
