LOOPBD includes a proline, which is absent in the 2gst parent. 
LOOPBD Therefore, only 2gst was used as a reference for the model generation 
LOOPBD for T0017 in this loop region.

REMARK A set of 20 MODELLER-3 models were produced for both refined and
REMARK unrefined sets of models, and the model with lowest 
REMARK 'MODELLER energy' (for both refined and unrefined sets) was selected.

REFINE For the generation of a set of models with more rigorous optimisation,
REFINE the following lines were included in the command file:

REFINE As the refinement took place within MODELLER-3, generating a single set of

REMARK at Pro-38 in their crystal structures. In 2gst, Pro-38 was in the
