REMARK  A genetic algorithm (GA) was used to optimize all internal degrees of
REMARK  freedom in the ligand as well as the six rotational/translational 
REMARK  parameters describing the ligand's position.  A special paralell 
REMARK  interface was designed that allowed the GA to use multiple copies
REMARK  of the molecular mechanics programm CHARMM for the evaluation function.
REMARK  No information regarding the location of the binding site was used,
REMARK  the entire surface of the protein was included in the search space.
