REMARK      
METHOD   blastp was used to find homologous sequences of which a multiple   
METHOD   sequences alignment was build and used as seed for HMMer. The 
METHOD   resulting hmm was used to search against a version of pdb which 
METHOD   only contains proteins of less than 90% homology. The resulting 
METHOD   alignments were overlayed with the dssp-information for the  
METHOD   possible parent and the PHD prediction for the target. A specifically 
METHOD   developed neural network was used to score all alignments.  
METHOD   All alignments showed very bad scores and the highest scores showed 
METHOD   no common theme. Thus it was concluded that this protein has a fold 
METHOD   not yet present in the data base. 
METHOD   It should be mentioned however that HMMer2 found a significant hit 
METHOD   (E-value 0.005). But the secondary structures did not match at all. 
METHOD   (aplha-beta on all-beta) Thus that hit was ignored.
