METHOD  The structural analogue 1trb was found by applying the local hamiltonian  
METHOD  of Koretke, Luthey-Schulten and Wolynes (Protein Science (1996)  
METHOD  5:1043-1059 to a representative set of alpha, beta, and alpha/beta  
METHOD  structures. 1trb gave teh allignment with one of the three lowest energy 
METHOD  scores.   
METHOD  This method uses a quantitative form of the principle of minimal 
METHOD  for frustration to obtain an optimized energy function for threading. 
METHOD  The energy function includes an optimal treatment of gap penalties, and 
METHOD  partially accounts for correlations in the energy landscape. The   
METHOD  submitted structure as generated from the resultant alignment using 
METHOD  the Modeller program(Sali and Blundell J. Mol. Biol. 234, 779-815,1993).
