METHOD Searches of the nr database yielded no homologs, so we searched the   
METHOD unfinished genomes at NCBI, and retrieved three contigs from   
METHOD Clostridium and Porphyromonas.  After alignment, we submitted them to the  
METHOD JPRED server.  The resulting secondary structure prediction was   
METHOD strongly indicative of a parellel, doubly wound, seven stranded fold  
METHOD with a helical hairpin inserted between strands 1 and 2.  We   
METHOD chose a template from the SCOP database to match our expected fold.  
METHOD The alignment was made by maximum overlap of predicted and observed  
METHOD secondary structure.
