METHOD Homology model from 1esl parent.  The AMMP program  
METHOD (http://asterix.jci.tju.edu) was used for modeling building.   
METHOD The new atoms were placed using a kohonen neural network algorithm.   
METHOD A distance restraint was used to keep the new peptide bonds as trans.   
METHOD Residues 21 & 119 and 96 & 111 were restrained as disulfide bridges. 
METHOD Performed torsion search on all applicable residues.  Conjugate 
METHOD gradient minimization on the potential energy.  The AMMP instruction
