METHOD Generate-and-Select Tertiary Structure Prediction Hierarchy. 
METHOD Candidate folds consistent with disulfide bond connectivity 
METHOD were generated using the  Restrained Generic Protein Direct  
METHOD Monte Carlo Method (RGP-DMC).  Promising fold candidates  
METHOD were selected using the Static Residue Burial (S-RB) selection  
METHOD criteria. Each structure in this small (~100) set of fold  
METHOD candidates was further refined to comply with the results  
METHOD of a PHD secondary structure prediction, and was then minimized  
METHOD and given a Dynamic Residue Burial (D-RB) score. Five models are 
METHOD submitted according to the lowest five D-RB scores. A full methods 
METHOD description will be submitted with the T0084 predictions.
