METHOD ~10,000 models were generated for 2 secondary structure predictions 
METHOD  Models were generated both for t0059 and it's homologous protein m\ 
METHOD  msd3_yeast. 
METHOD The models were generated by  
METHOD minimization  in torsion space of random conformations,  
METHOD using the program ENCAD by M. Levitt.  Cooperative  
METHOD H-bond,hydrophobic and hydrophilic terms were added to  
METHOD the standard ENCAD potential. The submited models are  
METHOD both low in energy and similar to low energy models of  
METHOD the homologous protein
