METHOD Our standard protocol for fold recognition  
METHOD see e.g. t0059 suggested an homology  
METHOD with the pig cytochrome b5 reductase (pdb 1ndh)  
METHOD and with a low id with feeredoxin NADP+ reductase family  
METHOD (pdb code 1fnd).  Both alignments were generated  
METHOD by inspection.  
METHOD A major difference between the two structures  
METHOD is the additional presence of a beta hairpin  
METHOD in 1ndh at the start of the 2nd domain.  
METHOD This hairin changes shifts the position of two  
METHOD two domains (see Nishid et al,  
METHOD Biochem 1995, v 34, pp 2763-67).  
METHOD Sequence alignment suggested that the target  
METHOD t0062 lacks this hairpin.  
METHOD We therefore submit two fragments from the same  
METHOD parent to refplect there is a shift of  
METHOD coords from the modelling both domains  
METHOD on a  single temple.
