REMARK Workd one in Prof. M. Levitt lab. and under his supervision. 
METHOD ~50,000 models consistent with 5 secondary structure  
METHOD predictins were generated for each of T0065 and it's  
METHOD homolog sini_bacli. The models were generated by  
METHOD minimization  in torsion space of random conformations,  
METHOD using the program ENCAD by M. Levitt.  Cooperative  
METHOD H-bond,hydrophobic and hydrophilic terms were added to  
METHOD the standard ENCAD potential. The submited models are  
METHOD both low in energy and similar to low energy models of  
METHOD sini_bacli.
