METHOD 1coi was used as a template for backbone conformations and side 
METHOD modeling. Local sequence alignments were performed against target 
METHOD sequence. Leucines were mutated from valines in each a position. A 
METHOD potential smoothing and search algorithm developed in the Ponder 
METHOD lab was used to pack the helices predicted by Predator. The packing 
METHOD is predicted based on a global optimization using rigid helices 
METHOD with side-chains directly dervied from the template 1ico.  
METHOD Coordinates are provided for the two putative helices ignoring 
METHOD SER 1, GLU 15 - GLU 21 and LYS 47 - GLY 48 which we believe are in  
METHOD a disordered loop.
