METHOD The procedure starts with the predictions of secondary structure 
METHOD using 12 methods available on internet. 
METHOD The consensus location of secondary structure was used for 
METHOD prediction of coordinaton number vector (Rodionov, Mol. Biol., 
METHOD 26,777,1992). These data were used for the reconstruction of contact matrix 
METHOD (Galaktionov, Proc. Int. Conf. Syst. Sci., 5, 326, 1994). On 
METHOD the basis of this matrix, in turn, 3D prediction was carried out. The 
METHOD initial reconstruction  of spatial structure uses elements of distance 
METHOD geometry. A refinement procedure was oriented at correction of 
METHOD chosen intraglobular distances and removal of stressed contacts by 
METHOD minimization of the corresponding squared deviations (penalty 
METHOD function P ) with respect to Ca coordinates. Elements of non-local 
METHOD search were introduced by routinely and systematically inverting the 
METHOD  configuration of loop fragments and controlling the change of the 
METHOD penalty function P. The set of structures with comparable values of 
METHOD penalty function P was obtained; they were used for correction of the 
METHOD distance matrix for distance geometry algorithm, etc.
