METHOD T0081,  its homologous sequences and their multiple alignment were threaded  
METHOD on the structural library composed of PDB rel.83 by several method we  
METHOD developed. 1rnl structure indicates good compatibility to SP| P45120  
METHOD sequence by a method and other similar structures (flavodoxin-like fold)  
METHOD showed relatively high compatibility. When we estimate the average score over  
METHOD each trial with homologous sequences using the other threader, also the  
METHOD structure takes top position. Flavodoxin-like fold is a/b type and that  
METHOD looks consistent with the results of the secondary structure prediction. In  
METHOD the inverse folding search by 1rnl structure against the sequence database  
METHOD constructed from PDB rel.83 and the target sequences, SP| P45120 sequence  
METHOD appears at the next position to the flavodoxin-like folds (1tmy, 1ntr, 3chy  
METHOD etc.). All the results indicates the possibility that this protein takes   
METHOD flavodoxin-like fold.
