METHOD 
METHOD rlz was modeled from 1rop_A after manual sequence alignment. 
METHOD Side-chains were placed with the software SCWRL  
METHOD (Bower MJ, Cohen FE, Dunbrack RL, Jr. J Mol Biol 1997; 267:1268-82).  
METHOD Refinement was 500 steps of minimization using the minimize module from 
METHOD the TINKER suite (http://dasher.wustl.edu/tinker/) under the 
METHOD OPLS force field with no electrostatics and a cutoff distance of 12 Ang. 
METHOD This chain is thought to homodimerize and bind a metal ion with 
METHOD with CYS1, HIS 19 (of the other chain), and MET 35.  Thus two  
METHOD metal binding sites are implicated in the homodimer.
