METHOD T0077 and its homologs were threaded on the structural library  
METHOD composed of PDB rel. 83. In many time, we observed CheY fold  
METHOD showed very good compatibility to the target sequences.  
METHOD Althought we are not sure if this fold can bind to RNA (RNA  
METHOD binding is required to this protein), we propose the structure  
METHOD of T0077 have a CheY fold.  
METHOD The results of the secondary structure prediction indicates  
METHOD this protein may take a/b type fold which is consistent with  
METHOD our prediction.
