METHOD ORFeus is a sequence analysis system. It combines various 
METHOD strategies of sequence profile based similarity searches 
METHOD with secondary structure comparison and threading 
METHOD potentials. Few neural networks are used in a jury system 
METHOD to select the final hits. The procedure is not fully
METHOD automated and the final prediction submitted to CASP is 
METHOD always based on manual analysis of the results.

METHOD information and are taken into account before the final 
METHOD decision is made.
