METHOD The reaction mechanism of PPase is analogous to the

METHOD (Altschul et al. 1997) found a homolog to Poly(A) polymerase
METHOD with high confidence. Thus, we chose the N-terminal domain of 
METHOD the known structure of Poly(A) polymerase (PDB code: 1fa0) as
METHOD the template. Then we used the sequence-structure alignment 
METHOD algorithm implemented in PrISM to align the target sequence to 
METHOD the template.

METHOD Models were built using Modeller4.0 (Sali & Blundell,1994)     
METHOD and loops and side chain were refined using colony energy (Xiang & Honig). 
METHOD The models were compared using TROLL (Petrey & Honig) 
METHOD energy function and the best scoring model is submitted.
