METHOD   Predictions are based on the discovery of superfamily specific

METHOD   T0090 specific information:  T0090 belongs to the MutT family in Pfam.
METHOD   This family has one member of known structure used here as parent.
METHOD   The Pfam alignment of the conserved core regions in the cental parts
METHOD   of both target and parent sequences was mannualy extended to the 
METHOD   entire parent sequence. This process was guided by a multiple 
METHOD   alignment of the paralogs of target sequence obtained from finished 
METHOD   and unfinished genome sequencing projects. To provide a template for 
METHOD   the modeling of insertions and the N-and C-terminal extensions in the 
METHOD   target sequence the parent structure was modified with additional 
METHOD   details from other known structures which were grafted manually. The 
METHOD   model then was generated from the extended alignment and modified 
METHOD   template.
