METHOD   Pfam alignments are used as a basis for comparative models

METHOD   family in Pfam.  The Pfam alignment contained only the
METHOD   core region so this was extended to the N and C terminus
METHOD   available in Pfam release 5.5.
METHOD   The final alignment used was derived from the Pfam full
METHOD   alignment with a small shift at the N terminus.
