METHOD The alignment to 1d2gB was created with PSI-BLAST.  A multiple sequence
METHOD alignment was generated for this family in MACAW.  This alignment
METHOD was read into the CCG product MOE in pir format, along with 1d2gB.
METHOD A homology model was built using the default homology
METHOD model building protocol in MOE, with library searching for insertions,
METHOD deletions, and loops, 10 output models, etc.
