METHOD  This structure of casp4 target t0095  was generated with
METHOD  our programs Biopool2000 (sidechains and ab initio loop
METHOD  modelling) and MOLEGO (backbone). 
METHOD  The template was chosen using 
METHOD  our fold recognition program MANIFOLD, which ranked 1qja 
METHOD  at seventh place. We chose a close homolog of it, 1qjb, as a
METHOD  template because it is a better refined structure.
METHOD  MANIFOLD ranks template proteins  based on secondary structure 
METHOD  similarity, but also takes solvent accessibility, function and 
METHOD  length into account.  
METHOD  This involves the processing of data aquired from the programs
METHOD  JPRED, PHDAcc and ClustalW.
METHOD  Insertions and deletions were modeled ab initio by recursively
METHOD  finding a central position in a database of synthetic loops,
METHOD  dividing the loop in halves and subsequently connecting them
METHOD  at this position.
